Physical Gift Cards – All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of Physical gift cards, all sales are final and non-refundable once the order has been processed and the gift card has been delivered.
We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:
Physical Gift cards are delivered and cannot be physically returned.
Once the gift card code is issued, we cannot verify whether it has been used.
Our system activates the card upon delivery, making it non-reversible.
Incorrect or Invalid Codes
If you receive an invalid or non-functioning gift card, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund. When contacting us, please include:

The card number you received
A screenshot of the error message (if applicable)
Fraud Prevention
