We currently fulfill orders across the 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
Note: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside of the territories mentioned above.

The moment your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email. This includes your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so you can monitor your shipment's journey.
5. Address Accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your recipient name, street address, and apartment/suite numbers.
Soyshopy® is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us, we will reach out to arrange re-shipment; please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the second attempt.

While we strive for punctuality, external factors like extreme weather, carrier peak seasons, or natural disasters may occasionally cause delays. Soyshopy® cannot be held liable for these carrier-related delivery windows.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package:
